Independent Contractor Disclaimer
Last updated:
SAVAM House operates as a referral and connection service, helping homeowners find independent remodeling professionals suited to their project needs.
Project estimates, agreements, payments, permits, warranties, and construction services are handled directly between the homeowner and the selected contractor.
SAVAM House does not undertake construction work or assume contractual responsibility for work performed by independent contractors. The selected contractors are responsible for their own contracted services, workmanship, schedules, permits, warranties, and applicable obligations.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SAVAM House is not responsible for delays, defective workmanship, property damage, or contractual disputes arising from services performed by independent contractors. Nothing in this notice excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Homeowners should independently verify the contractor's licensing, insurance, qualifications, references, and contractual terms before proceeding.
